Today, we still assure the maintenance and service of the plants that we have assembled and done the commissioning in this part of Asia.In the same time, the C.E.O. of the company started the business development in Algeria and the rest of Africa. Today, E.S.I. runs projects of complete plant in Algeria and runs also projects in Morocco, Ivory Cost, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Cameroun, South Africa etc…
Dehydration plant operating with a combined heat and power (CHP) are part of our innovating activities.
Dehydration and recycling of the Alfalfa :
- Extract protein from alfalfa. This protein is used as ingredients in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Alfalfa cakes are recycled into feeding animal.
- Combined heat and power (CHP) : E.S.I. develops low temperature Dryer that can produce steam at 150°C. Landfill litter produces methane gas. The gas supplies turbines that create electricity and the residual heat is recycled to produce steam. This process can dry different agricultural products.
